  • Customer Success Manager

      People Analytics is disrupting the way Organization Hiring, Retention and employee Satisfaction. As a Customer Success Engineer at StratApps (a leader in this developing space) you will help Fortune 500 enterprise customers instill a culture of using Analytics in People Operations into their organization.

      This is an exciting role in a high energy startup. This role will have you guiding prospects piloting our solutions, as well as helping new customers to deploy to across their organizations.

      This is a sr. level position that requires a high level of energy, professional maturity, and most of all, a willingness to learn!

    • Experience:
      1. Wear many hats, but focus on the technical aspects of large enterprise onboarding, enterprise account management, sales enablement, and customer support.
      2. Collaborate with internal functional counterparts such as sales and product management. Understand customer challenges and creatively seek solutions. Be the voice of the customer to help drive business forward and improve the product.
      3. Possess excellent project management skills and have experience deploying Saas solutions to large enterprise customers. You are truly driven to ensure customers are successful.
      4. Articulate product value, inspire and sell the present as well as future potential. You understand the challenge that comes with change of this magnitude for our customers, and you are their partner and trusted advisor.
      5. Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and communications skills, maintain strong long-term relationships with customers and partners, and pave the way to account expansion.
      6. Have a thirst for knowledge, learn our product, our customers, and our competitors. Have a strong desire to develop your skills and meet your own personal and career objectives. Never stop learning.
      7. Minimum of 8-10 years experience in customer success or technical support within an enterprise software/SaaS environment.

  • IOS Developer

    • Leading the enhancement and development of our video streaming mobile iOS app.

      Experience:
      1. B.S. or M.S. Computer Science or related field
      2. 2+ years of software development experience
      3. Have at least one or two apps on the App Store
      4. 2+ years building complex applications for the iPhone or iPad using Objective-C with UI Kit and other frameworks
      5. 2+ years mobile application development at both UI and system levels
      6. Experience designing clean and maintainable code and APIs
      7. Experience with multithreaded programming
      8. Experience writing unit tests and testable code
      9. Knowledge of iOS SDK performance tools and optimization techniques
      10. Familiarity with GIT, REST APIs, Agile Development, and Continuous Integration
      11. Familiarity with Linkedin, Twitter, Google Plus integration also a plus

  • Sr. Computer Programmer
    • Responsibilities:
      StratApps, Inc. seeks Sr. Computer Programmer to perform business and functional requirements analysis on Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition.

    • Duties include:
      1. Working with Business System Analysts for requirement gathering and effort estimates;
      2. Creating technical specifications reports based on business and functional requirement documents;
      3. Performing Business Intelligence (BI) design, setup and develop Key Performance Indicator dashboards and reports that allow business to make critical decisions;
      4. Providing performance management using certain BI techniques to increase operating efficiency and adapt to new requirements;
      5. Troubleshooting and fixing the reports and functionalities that failed during testing cycles; and,
      6. Providing post-production support for tools and technology.

  • Senior Java Developer
    • Experience:
      1. 8+ years of Core Java Programming experience in Unix/Linux environment
      2. Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms & Object-Oriented design concepts
      3. Proficiency with relational database / SQL development
      4. Understanding of XML/XSD and other schema driven data
      5. Distributed systems / middleware / multithreaded experience
      6. Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
      7. Team player with excellent communication skills.
      8. Extensive development experience in Java, J2 EE, Spring framework
      9. Extensive development experience in SQL stored procedures and query optimization
      10. Preferable experience with ADOBE Flash
      11. Preferable experience in product development for banking, trading, or payment applications.
      12. Deep technical knowledge in systems, application frameworks, database optimization, and experience being solely responsible for the success of software development projects. Ability to think on your feet, present multiple solution options, and drive defect free products.
      13. Proven record interpreting and fulfilling requirements by developing high performing, scalable and maintainable solutions with multiple technologies and vendors.
      14. Preferable Integration experience with XML, XSLT, SOAP, JSON, and RESTful services.

  • Strategic Account Manager
    • Responsibilities:
      1. Establishes, develops, and maintains excellent relationships, oversee deliveries and generate new business with key personnel in Strategic Accounts at Client Site.
      2. Works closely with StratApps executive staff to develop strategy and plan for accounts.
      3. Drives, tracks, and reports on key initiatives.
      4. Develops channel profile based on StratApps strategic plan and leveraging existing success models.
      5. Identifies target channel partners that would be good fit for StratApps in each US territory.
      6. Works closely with StratApps RSMs on the plan and execution.
      7. Recruits partners to StratApps, developing the initial relationship and leveraging executives in the process.
      8. Coordinates the involvement of other StratApps functions in the recruiting and on-boarding process, including management, support, service, and field.
      9. Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
      Performance Metrics:
      1. Achieves management objectives in designated strategic accounts.
      2. Delivers channel recruiting plan to meet StratApps business targets.
      3. Achieves channel recruiting targets.
      4. Works well within the organization as well as with Strategic and Channel accounts.
  • Android Developer
    • Skills & Requirements:
      1. 2+ years of Android development experience
      2. Proficiency in Java, Eclipse, Android SDK
      3. Proven ability to build beautiful apps - ability to recognize and demonstrate contemporary aesthetics in design
      4. Experience developing, releasing, and maintaining native Java Applications (point us to your apps on Google Play) – with a deep understanding of the Android SDK.
      5. Proficient in multi-threading and memory management specific to mobile devices; with understanding of caching mechanisms
      6. The ability to work with designers and engineers alike – to create an enjoyable user experience.
      7. Experience building mobile apps with a significant back-end component
      8. The ability to write elegant, readable, and well-documented code.
      9. You build new and innovative product features – applying an entrepreneurial approach and passion to problem solving
      10. Maintaining high level performance quality
